What you give us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, subject and message. On the contact page the phone field is optional. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you include in that message.
What is collected automatically. Our hosting records standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. Google Analytics collects usage statistics, and a Google Ads tag records whether a visit followed one of our adverts. Section 8 lists these services.
We do not ask for and do not want special categories of personal data through this website. Please do not include them in enquiry messages.
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to deal with the enquiry and for the period in which a business relationship may reasonably follow from it. Data that forms part of a concluded transaction is kept for the retention period required by accounting and tax law. Server logs are kept only briefly as part of normal operation.
